Steady drizzle, or sudden downpours?

My basement prefers drizzle.

Anonymous said...: Steady intermittent drizzle and only in summer and/or weather over a warm 80 degrees little to no breeze and moderate humidity cuz you can sit on the porch and enjoy it. Downpours should only be used to relieve the tension caused by extreme air pressure, and even then it knocks me out.
